WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Free Delivery, Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

You can choose the delivery options at checkout:

1.Free Standard Shipping:
Free shipping on order over $38,

Shipping usually takes 12-15 business days.

2.Fast Shipping - Cost: $6.99
Shipping usually takes 5-8 business days

3.Urgent Shipping - Cost: $29.99
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days

Please notice that general jewelry takes 2-5 days to produce, and customized cuban chain takes 15 - 25 days or even longer to produce. Delivery Days = Shipping days + Producing days.

WHERE DOES CRAZYCOOLCHAIN DELIVER?

U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.)  including P.O. Boxes, Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will take approximately a month .
Other Countries: we ship to most countries, please contact support@crazycoolchain.com if you have questions or concerns.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales. As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that sometimes the email can be in your spam folder and it can take some days before the tracking information is available. You will also be able to track your order in your store account.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. After you have placed your order, we’ll email you to seek your acceptance of these terms. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.
